Had a really bad experience with service department. Had a flat tire on my car. Brought it in to the service department. Service advisor told me to reschedule my drop off to next Monday since they didn't have a loaner car for me. Came back on Monday and found out the service advisor was off and nobody knew anything about it. Didn't get any update during the time my car was in service. I had to call the dealership number of items to get updates on my car. Finally my car was ready and returned my loaner car. I was not told I d... read more

Far below standards of professionalism. The sales staff is poorly trained, defensive, rude, and argumentative. They showed a complete lack of composure when information is sought. 1. They will tell you what you want to hear with their actions not matching their words. 2. ***** associates act rudely and clearly have no training or support.3. This business is run by those consumed by short term gain.I contacted ****** about a used ******** with 92K on the odometer. It took several attempts for Dinu to send the walk around vide... read more

It's still a business and buyers will try to negotiate. Imagine that, huh? Don't be infantile and clap your hands and taunt prospective buyers when they walk out of your store because you couldn't agree on a price (especially when conditions change and you are missing your monthly quota and you... read more

I want to start with the time we went to buy the car and what happened. I was approved by the CVA program for buying a plug in hybrid vehicle. I was also trading in my car. Everything went well till the time I walked in to the finance manager's office. He vaguely explained to me and had me sign all the paper work first, after the signing he asks me for the down payment to which I said I will be using my CVA approval and equity on the trade in car for down payment which came out to $10K. He immediately made a weird gesture ab... read more
