Jonathan Diaz was extremely helpful and got my car taken care of. Only issue is when the car was done, they did not wash it and parked it out back even though I was waiting for my car. Only reason I got my car was Jonathan had to go search for it. I waited almost 30 minutes after I gave the paperwork to the valet.
My experience this time was great with Daniel he answered all my questions. But one thing I was unhappy with was: when I dropped off my car it was visibly dirty and I was told it would be washed but when I was told my car was ready and the person brought my car to me it was still dirty. This has never not even once happened to me out of the 9 years I have been coming here.
