Scheduling was a breeze. Updates on the status of my vehicles was great as well. Robert was my service advisor and he was very professional and made sure the whole process was smooth. I had two vehicles serviced the same day with tires and alignment and it was exceptionally well done.

Would have given a 5 rating except for the time taken to replace the tire - even though I had an appointment. Apparently, the delay was due to wrong tire delivered by Parts department to Service department. So, this rating is not a reflection on the 5-star rating for the service provided by Giselle Vasquez but a reflection on the quality control in Parts Department. Thank you Giselle.

Great service. Brought in vehicle for repair, assessment was efficient, was sent video of mechanic assessing the car. No upsell or unnecessary repairs even when I asked if this or that needed to be replaced.

I just wanted to share how impressed I am with the BMW of Ontario Service Department. Daniyal Binazeen has been my Service Advisor and he’s outstanding — always friendly, helpful, and willing to make time for me. He’s a real asset to your team.
