I purchased a used BMW from them and 2 weeks later it was in the shop for a sound in the right front end of the vehicle. Of course, they didn't find where the sound was coming from, but they did find that the vehicle had a leaking radiator. So that was fixed but they also found that the weld between the radiator and the bumper was cracked.
