My Wife and I always receive the best customer service when we are at this Dealership. They explain what the issues were with the car and always manage to let us know when we can pick up the car; sometimes earlier then expected which is always nice! The experience I had at this dealership was AMAZING! Great customer service. I got exactly what I wanted and more in my car. I absolutely LOVE it! This is my 6th car I've purchased in my life and by far was the easiest, quickest and BEST experience I've had. I highly recommend them they went above and beyond for me.
Owned by Sonic Automotive group now, these guys made tremendous improvement on how they deal with customers then when they were Assael of BMW. Better service, facilities and actually making deals now under invoice on some cars. I've leased 3 cars from them and every time the experience gets better.
no BS, just straight to the point I just recently purchased a mini cooper here and the workers are great in my opinion. I personally hate dealers who try to smooth-talk you and think they are doing a good job. Here, they don't really do that. they are straight forward and give you the details you want, while saving the hour-long dealer speeches. workers and knowledgeable and professional.
Horrible service. The service department is horrible. I went there for programming of idrive which was under warranty. They took 3 times to get it done right. So my car was there for a total of 3 weeks. But 3 separate weeks since I had to keep bringing it back and let them know what they forgot to program into the idrive. Then there was the alignment. Alignments were not covered under warranty so I had to pay for it. But it's ok to pay for it as long as they perform the work required. Well, it took them twice to get it done ... read more
Awesome deal All the people there are great. I got the best deal there. Both sales and service are GREAT! I took my 550i in for a squeak and they addressed the problem quickly.. The service manager is a sweet heart and the advisors are all very helpful and above and beyond to help I LOVE THEM...
strange Bmw Monrovia sales experience was really odd because their used car person was attempting to handle us, but he did not have the authority to do so and therefore kept having to consult the new car sales manager about every single thing. Eventually, just to get a quote, because they didnt have the type of car we wanted on their lot, he had to fill out this form and said he would take a day to get back to us, since it had to go through some channels to get the info. Strange, unprofessional experience.

Additionally, in order to make sure I would get the price I wanted, I solicited an "internet" price from multiple BMW dealerships in the LA area. To my surprise, Assael offered me what I wanted at a reasonable price... at least via the internet.
