Most EXPENSIVE service! Don't go there except for scheduled warranty service that you don't have to pay for. I went to Pacific BMW for a scheduled service on a 1-year old BMW and they told me I needed a wheel alignment (they were probably right) - for $330. Since I didn't know I would need that before my service appointment I had no chance to research prices at other places but I did have time while I was waiting for the car to be serviced. Shopping for a BMW I called about a BMW X3 that was listed on their website. I spoke with Zach Higdon at Plaza and was able to get some quick details on the car and informed him that I would be in soon to test drive the car. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Zach and the rest of the staff. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and kept me company while Zach was prepping the car. Roll Tide Craig was great! I called to get a quote on a part and he decided to dig deeper into the issue. To my surprise, he found a warranty extension on the part and it was replaced and installed for free! Craig even worked with the rental car service to make sure that my rental was also covered. Great Cars I like going to BMW Northwest. When we look for a car, new or used they have a great selection of both. I can look with out being totally hassled and there is always someone to answer a question and help us when we are ready.

Pathetic 0-half a star if I could. Buyer beware. As a customer, I'm writing this review as a warning other potential customers. My 2007 BMW was purchased July 2011 with 60,000 miles as a certified pre owned. 2 months into this car, the hoses on the radiator needed to be replaced. On the 3rd month, the car was consuming 4-5 quarts of oil after a oil change. I was told by the service writer "BMW's are known for needing about a quart of oil at times you fill your tank with gas." Best BMW Center in LA I have bought many BMWs from this BMW center, and will continue to do so. Not only are the sales people friendly, they are aslo the best at making great deals. They conisistently offer better deals than all of the other BMW Centers within a 30 mile radius. I would not purchase a BMW from any other dealership PROS: Friendly CONS:
DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR REPAIRS HERE!!!! 0 STARS. I brought my BMW for a check up, gear box made click noises 1, 2, and 3. I left my car there for 2-3 days. They told me they replaced the clutch, I said OK no prob. The noise disappeared for 2-3 days. I didn't take it back for awhile again he told me to wait 3000miles for the clutch to break in.
