Not only did Samara work "hands on" to familiarize us with all the current bells and whistles on our new BMW, she was, extremely patient, very knowledgeable, professional, and respected our time. I tried BMW of KC South and won’t be back. I scheduled a tire replacement and was there for almost 3 hrs with minimal communication. I have had all 4 tires replaced on other cars in less than 1 hr at other shops. In short…customer service, attitude, duration and communication was poor bordering on unprofessional. Details: I had a 7am appointment and arrived on time. After check in with Jason Danley. I did not hear from him again until 8:20am when he told me they didn’t have the right size tire and I would have to come back. ... read more
