I found BMW of Jackson in my online search. I contacted Justin by phone. He was always very responsive and helpful. He sent additional photos and made me aware of the overall condition. Justin and the sales manager Lee negotiated the final price that I could accept and handled the paperwork electronically. I flew to Jackson and Justin picked me up at the airport. As he had promised, I was in and out of the dealership in a few minutes. The vehicle is as described.
We recently purchased our first BMW and had the pleasure of working with Justin McFarland. He made us feel so comfortable and answered all questions we had. We felt no pressure from him. He made the whole experience enjoyable and we would recommend him to anyone interested in looking for a car at BMW of Jackson. We left with an X5 and we are so thankful to Justin for all of his help and guidance through the process. We will be back in the future thanks to our experience with Justin and his wonderful team!
