Not such a good experience. First, the phone system. It is difficult to call in to talk to service person. You have to go through AI to get an appointment. You can’t get to that if you don’t have an account. I had a recall so I had them check another issue. They charged me a diagnosis fee because I chose not to fix an item that they quoted me what I felt was too expensive to repair. This felt like they were doing me a favor rather than great customer appreciation and service.

I’ve been a long time customer of BMW of Jackson. During this time, the Adam Gladdin at the the Service Desk and Maintenance and office employees.. have all made me feel at home. I know they care about the Service they provide and the quality of the product they represent. When I have questions.. I know Adam will be in touch with me and I always feel assured that he’ll get right to the CAUSE of the problem… and only what my vehicle truly needs.
