Called multiple times and left voicemail with the service department and they never called back. I called again and got yet another voicemail... Take your business somewhere else
James Franks went above and beyond to get us the exact BMW we wanted. Everything was discussed via text, very convenient. If you need a new car, he’s your guy! The entire staff were friendly and accommodating, not pushy or snobby like other BMW dealerships in the area. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a new BMW.
