great service for your bmws BMW of Watertown is an awesome place to bring your bmw for routine maintenance and parts. The employees are very friendly and will help you with any questions you have. Scheduling and appointment is very easy and they get you in and out as quickly as possible.
Great Dealer I have never purchased a car from this dealer, but I have had a car serviced here. The inside is sparse, but clean. A television is available for watching. Restrooms are also available. Employees are nice, and helpful. Service is quick and top quality, but is definitely more expensive than going to a non-dealer mechanic.
It really is the Ultimate It's hard to find a car better than a BMW, but you can. There are so many perks to buying from Co's and from BMW. Absolutely no cost maintenance for the first 50,000 miles. (But they make up for that on the 2nd 50,000 miles so buy another car every 3 years!) You can get a loaner most of the time, so it's like getting to test drive a new BMW when you take your car in for service. I would not hesitate to purchase a new BMW once again.
Always great service Always great service - work done right first time, on time. Great experiences with Service Advisors over the years. I was given every available discount. On the expensive side, but worth it to get loaner car, flexible service hours + NEVER have been stranded due to car break-down (2000 M5, almost 200,000 miles)! Unlike experiences with other dealerships. They went above + beyond for me, including trim paintwork at no extra charge! Apparently, you do get what you pay for... Recommended + will go back.
Concord BMW was everything Concord BMW was everything a premium car dealer should be. Lamar, my sales rep, met me at the door, and was very courteous and personable. Of all the high end dealers we had been to, he gave me the best tour of the car before we even started it, giving me a great introduction to all the special features of the 328. Former BMW Former BMW owner, but actually purchased an Infiniti EX35 trade-in. Peter did a great job, friendly, knowledgeable, honest. Came up with an offer I couldn't refuse. Also, was going to run this through my credit union, their finance dept blew them away, went with them. Will def return when I return to BMW in two years to get my 335i.
