Bad Service I took my car in for service and had a horrible experience. I listened to the service advisors talk "loosly" about a woman that came in. They were being very crude. This happened as I waited to take the shuttle home for 2 hours.

Happy BMW owner 1 more BMW happy owner Thanks too you, I am a happy BMW owner. I bought a BMW X5! I couldn't be happier! I can't believe the customer service I received, straightforward, understanding and helpful. I had specific concerns and all of them were answered. You guys did a great job, that is why I am taking the time to fill this out. Most people only complain. KUDOS to Henderson BMW

On and On Henderson BMW has sold many cars to my friends, family and now me. I took their words about the service they received and now I can speak about it for myself. When they told me it was so good and went on and on about it I thought they were exaggerating. Im not going to boor you about it but I now can say you get nothing but the best there. In my book it’s the best dealership in the western hemisphere. Keep it up.

Service Department is great Henderson BMW is not only around the corner, but is also only a phone call away! I have been using the Service Department since I moved here from Arizona. They have great work ethic, when you get there you are instantly greeted even if they are just walking by. They always are friendly and always do make sure that you have any and everything you need to feel comfortable. Bill is my go to guy, funny friendly and very intelligent. I highly recommend this facility for anyone need their BMW serviced!

Great Service!! The service is excellent. They do what they promise, also I don't have to travel far, If anything is wrong with my car. All the service team were excellent with there approach and their knowledge. They made our experience very pleasant. Very easy buying process. I would refer anyone to Jesse at Desert BMW.

My Baby Henderson BMW has the best service around. Everytime your their is seems like your car gets in right away and it doesn’t take very long to get serviced. They always take great care of my baby and I thank them for that. I come to Desert BMW of Henderson for all my service needs and you should too.

Great Place My last car I got was a benz. My lease was up and when I went back to the dealer they wanted to charge me for so many things it was crazy. I started to look around for my options before I had to pay a lot of money. I stopped by Henderson BMW and they offered to buy the car from me. They were able to get me into a brand new 740 and may I say it is a lot nicer then my Benz. Also a plus was my payment went down, not much but it is nice to have a smaller payment and a nicer car.

Great Business I have always had GREAT expierence with this dealer. Always upfront and always satisfied. I never seem to have any issues when brining in my 5 series. I always get the work needed, and recommendations for what needs to be done for my safety. The service department is very thourough as well as the parts department being educational and useful when I am in need of parts and accessories. I would definitely recommend this dealer. POINT BLANK. See Matt, he is awesome.
