Bad Service I took my car in for service and had a horrible experience. I listened to the service advisors talk "loosly" about a woman that came in. They were being very crude. This happened as I waited to take the shuttle home for 2 hours.

Happy BMW owner 1 more BMW happy owner Thanks too you, I am a happy BMW owner. I bought a BMW X5! I couldn't be happier! I can't believe the customer service I received, straightforward, understanding and helpful. I had specific concerns and all of them were answered. You guys did a great job, that is why I am taking the time to fill this out. Most people only complain. KUDOS to Henderson BMW

On and On Henderson BMW has sold many cars to my friends, family and now me. I took their words about the service they received and now I can speak about it for myself. When they told me it was so good and went on and on about it I thought they were exaggerating. Im not going to boor you about it but I now can say you get nothing but the best there. In my book it’s the best dealership in the western hemisphere. Keep it up.

Recall Bought my car from Steve and a couple months later I had a recall on a buckle in my car. I took it in not knowing exactly what to think. They new exactly what needed to be done, took my car in right away. First time in the service department, it was a good experience. I look forward to doing my regular services with Henderson BMW.

Service Department is great Henderson BMW is not only around the corner, but is also only a phone call away! I have been using the Service Department since I moved here from Arizona. They have great work ethic, when you get there you are instantly greeted even if they are just walking by. They always are friendly and always do make sure that you have any and everything you need to feel comfortable. Bill is my go to guy, funny friendly and very intelligent. I highly recommend this facility for anyone need their BMW serviced!

Great Service Looking for a new car in Las Vegas you have many choices. There is the Valley Auto Mall, there is centennial park way, all up and down Sahara and now over by rainbow and 215. With so much to choose from its hard to pick. We looked around for a while and it seemed like we went everywhere. My Baby Henderson BMW has the best service around. Everytime your their is seems like your car gets in right away and it doesn’t take very long to get serviced. They always take great care of my baby and I thank them for that. I come to Desert BMW of Henderson for all my service needs and you should too.

Very Happy Henderson BMW gave me a great deal on a new car. I was so scared going into one of these higher end dealers, thinking they would be taking advantage of someone that has never owned a high end car. It was nothing like that. I went in, found one I liked and test drove it. then we went in and ran my credit and I took it home. It was so simple and easy, im truly happy with the service and my new car.

WOW Henderson BMW had the best deal for me. I was able to trade in my old BMW and get top dollar for it, along with my trade in they sold me a new BMW and a great discount. I was able to get a new car and lower my payment. Not to many times does that happen. Im really happy with them.
