I recently purchased a CPO BMW X7 from BMW of Gainesville and worked with Steven Stokes. Overall, it was a good experience. Steven was helpful throughout the process, responsive when I had questions, and made sure everything moved along smoothly. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and I appreciated that he stayed engaged and followed through to get the deal done. I’m enjoying my X7 and look forward to working with the team again in the future.
Staff were an obstruction to my purchase. Beware of any business who must ask customers to revise their reviews.
