AJ is a really phenomenal salesperson. She is very knowledgeable and patient and insightful. I had a great experience working with her and the other members of that team.
Probably one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. We worked together to negotiate a fair deal and to get a fair rate out the door. I would consider buying from this dealership again. AJ, was very professional as well as personable and easy to talk to. Talk to her about Universal and Back to the Future and you will be there for hours. Either way, everyone was great and it went very smoothly for the most part. Very satisfied with my experience.

Went in for my oil change and told them NOT to wash the car. They did it anyway. I just washed and hand waxed it the day prior. NEWSFLASH. Some people care about their paint and don’t want their car washed in a drive thru car wash. Now my paint has lost its waxy touch. Thanks BMW of Gainesville!
