My wife and I find ourselves in need of towing a vehicle behind our RV. There’s not a lot of vehicles that can be used in that fashion and the one we settled on was Jeep grand Cherokee. Great end to end service by Caleb who helped me order my car, track progress, then went through everything when I picked it up. In fact that's why I bought it in Fort Wayne even though I live in Columbus, Ohio.
I had my wife's XT5 serviced and could not be happier with the experience, start to finish. The greeted me well, were friendly, answered my questions and shuttles me to work. The technician sent me a video of the underbody of the car and explained that things looked good, no leaks or issues and did the oil change and tire rotation. They picked me back up and I paid and went away happy. I also love the sales staff, especially Scott as they let you drive the cars and are not high pressure sales.
