I purchased from out of state and originally thought the sale was easy. After I received the car the dealership failed to file registration as signed and agreed upon and wanted to refund me sales tax to handle the entire registration myself in my state. I am unable to do so for medical reasons and the managers knew this at time of purchase. Zero customer respect. I am waiting to receive “the refund check” and have no doubt I will have to fight to get all of the fees refunded.
service writers are super nice and got my sons bmw back in a timely manner and was thorough on explination of work completed and got the car back cleaner than we left it
My wife and I find ourselves in need of towing a vehicle behind our RV. There’s not a lot of vehicles that can be used in that fashion and the one we settled on was Jeep grand Cherokee.
