Ashley and her whole team were amazing to work with through the purchase of our 2026 X5. She was very responsive, informative, but not high pressure, which we very much appreciate! Would not hesitate to purchase another BMW from her and this dealership.
Ashley is amazing with work with. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Scott and Ashley many times! I’ve purchased my 3rd vehicle with her recently and she makes the entire process so easy from selecting and identifying what is the right vehicle for my family, all the way thru delivery. Ashley even did an amazing job on following up after the sale to ensure that I didn’t have any questions on the vehicle. A+ experience!
Originally we were looking to purchase a new BMW Z4, however BMW stopped producing the Z4 this year. Ashley was extremely helpful in finding a replacement vehicle for the Z4. She was extremely informative, knowledgeable and helpful with helping us working through the process of placing an order to have a new car built. During the process she kept us informed and updated. We found her very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. We will highly recommend her to our friends wanting to purchase a car from BMW Fort Wayn... read more
Just had the best experience and want to thank Ashley specifically so much. We came in just to look at models, and there was absolutely zero pressure. Ironically, we left with a brand-new car. She made the process seamless. Would 100% come back here and recommend anyone even thinking about buying a BMW to come and work with Ashley specifically. Thank you so much.
Ashley Dewaelshe and the rest of the team that helped with my purchase were great to work with, they made the whole process simple and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend BMW of Fort Wayne to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.
