Very friendly, and easy people to deal with, from sales rep to financing personal. Mike was great help, I live 3hrs away and he made a walk around video of the vehicle (2020 BMW M760I) I was interested in and was very honest about condition

Plain and simple. Straight forward. No BS. Just the way I like it!
Their service department is incompetent. They had mis diagnosed my vehicle multiple times. Said each time I needed something else that in the end was proven not to be faulty and added up costing me 70% of my vehicles value. They circled around and said it wasn't their fault that it "was what it was" when every path they took led them to the misdiagnosed parts and labor for the parts.
