Very easy did everything online so time and showroom was very short
Fantastic experience all around! There were great amenities to keep the kids occupied while we waited, which was huge! I want to give a shout out to Gabe who helped go through the process of getting an X7. He was knowledgeable about the car and made sure we were always comfortable with drinks and food and kept in contact after we left to make sure everything was still as we expected. Hands down would do business there again.
Gabriel at BMW of Fairfield was an absolute joy to work with. When I cold-called the dealership about a specific Porsche Macan, I was lucky enough that he answered my call. Not only did he answer all my questions, he remembered me from a local business that I frequented from years past. I can't say enough about how well and flawless the purchase went. If you're interested in a new car, I highly recommend Gabriel. He's wonderful.
