RecommendedVery polite and accommodating. I explained I had just received chemo about two days ago so I was trying to get my service done before my side effects came in. The girl placed me on hold and got me in within 20 minutes. Airbag swap took about 40 minutes and the wash 10. Everyone was super respectful and very glad I chose to come have my replacement done here! Maybe once I am cancer free I will come in for my M3 :)

RecommendedI really liked my experience during a recent transaction. Vinnie, Dan, and Meghan made sure everything went smoothly: from sales, to finance, to encore delivery! I liked the fact that they made sure that I was getting what I wanted — no pressure tactics and no ridiculous up-sells. Everything piece of information was clear and they made sure I understood all of it. I would definitely come back when it’s time to get a new car... or when I win the lotto. Whichever comes first. ;-) Go check them out!

I have bought a lot of cars over the years. Some new, some used. This by far has been the best experience ever. Oscar the sales professional went out of his way to show us our car, test drive it, and then answer our 1,000 questions. He delivered exactly what he promised AND stayed after closing to see us through finance. Cliff, the BMW finance officer was superb! Michael Duplessis is the best service advisor, hands down and BMW of Escondido has the best service department I’ve had service my cars! If, and I do mean if, they can’t solve the issue the first time they do will still do everything in their power to get it fixed!! I almost look for a reason to take in my car!
