I've been trying to get information on a recent recall (24V-608) for over a month. I've contacted them 3 times. Recently, I was told they marked my case as a "priority." Meanwhile, I'm forced to drive a car that could catch fire (their words, not mine). Do they want to fix it now, or do they want a massive lawsuit?
Brought in my brand new car for a recall. Left it there for 3 days. When I picked it up, my car had this weird smell. Ever since then my new car smell has been gone. Major disappointment. I couldn’t possibly be more dissatisfied. When I brought it to their attention they refused ti do anything to at least try to fix it. They deserve less than 0 stars
Asked not to was my car twice. They washed it. Scratched it all over and still somehow managed to miss half of the car leaving dirty spots. Brilliant
