I was told I had an appointment at 11:30 after confirming at 9:30 am the same day and was told it would take no more than 2 hrs for a factory recall. Of which I would receive a BMW mug for getting the recall done. It ended up being a 4 hour experience while trying to be convinced I needed tires and a battery. I appreciate the service team is required and incentivized to sell services and products, but really. This morning when I started by car I received a factory recall alert. Insult to injury!

Have been doing my service on M2 for 2 years and I only deal with Tomaz he always gets everything taken care of and makes sure my service is done in a reasonable time with a car wash he is my go too

Great experience at this BMW dealership. I came in for a tire replacement and the service was fast, professional, and very well organized. The team kept me informed the whole time and made the process completely stress‑free. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive — exactly the kind of service you hope for when you walk into BMW. Highly recommend their service department.
