While travelling home from Miami, I encountered a warning light showing a charging malfunction. Being 75 miles from home the worry became real very fast. I was determined to make it to BMW of Delray who had helped me with a previous issue while traveling. Pulling into the servive drive I was greeted immediately and given direction to where I could find my service professional, Rochelle. I've been at this dealership twice to service my X5 and each time have had a great experience. They are so efficient and professional. I dropped off my car and they arranged to have an Uber pick me up all within 15 minutes.

Very satisfied. I chose to wait for the vehicle and the service was completed in 1:45 minutes which is more than acceptable. The service advisor was very helpful. Similarly the explanatory video of my care was much appreciated
