We recently had our BMW serviced at BMW Delray with David Helms. Our experience was excellent, and David took care of our concerns. Our goal was to have the car serviced, new tires, and fix a couple of curb scuffs on the wheels. Not only was David able to do it in one day, but it was done to our satisfaction, and we have very high standards for work product. The service and communication were excellent. I was in for rear brake replacement. My car was ready spot on in 1 1/2 hours as promised! My service advisor, Salvador was super nice and helpful…as he always is. Thank you to the service team for the quick turnaround and video walk through….which I love! Awesome job!
