I had a safety concern about a tire so I took it in they replaced it absolutely excellent job could not have been more happy with the service kudos to the whole service team the waiting area was excellent and was done in a very short time thank you BMW of Delray excellent service I will always go there for all my BMW needs
Unfortunately, I have had many many experiences with the BMW dealership service department. From day one my car had to be there for over a week because the chairs had an issue. It has been an issue after issue with my car. The only good news is that it drives very nicely. But all the other stuff, issues and issues! Recently I just took it in and found out I needed $4500 worth of repairs which included new brake pads only to get my car back and it’s still squeaking. I’m told that is “ Normal“. Excellent service! Everyone was very accommodating. Service was fast and the showroom and waiting area are nicely appointed. Was a pleasure.
Del Ray BMW performed a tire change on my 840. My servicevrep Michael Rardin was excellent. He had great customer service skills. Service techs were informative & precise in the service video. It was a very pleasant experience at the dealership.
