Worst vehicle service center and customer service of any dealership I have been to. They try and rip you off every step of the way and their technicians are not even capable of changing a tire. I brought my 2018 Rolls Royce Wraith to this lousy business on March 5, 2021 after hitting a pothole and getting a flat tire a couple days earlier. I purchased a CPO '17 3 series in Oct. '20 with ~18K miles. My car said service was soon due and I also received an email so I scheduled a service appointment and took it in this a.m. (5/28 - appt. scheduled for 0900). When the service rep. (Art A.) called me to go over the service that was showing as being needed, the service quote was initially $1199.00 which I was not happy with. Worst experience from everyone I came in contact with at BMW Encinitas. The finance department didn’t file the proper paperwork for transfer of title for the used BMW I bought. Know one including store manager wanted to help get the problem resolved. I will never shop or refer anyone to BMW Encinitas.
