August 2025 update: As usual, my service advisor, Mr. Angel Pinedo received me with a great smile and checked me in right away for my annual service of one of my BMW. I picked up my car ahead of scheduled completion time. He makes it so smooth and always appreciate his professionalism and technical.
I have been a regular customer at BMW Bellevue Service Center, but my recent visit was by far the worst experience I’ve had. My appointment was at 11 AM, and I was assigned to service advisor Jennie Mao. She greeted me fine at first, but as soon as I asked to remove a few items from the service list and just proceed with an oil change and brake-related services, her tone completely changed.
