Ivan did great. Not just did well on the quality of repairs but also worked well with the insurance to get reimbursed what was possible. We still ending up me spending nearly half the cost out of pocket but at least we're able to get the rest covered by insurance. And I appreciate his follow ups. This time was good, thorough n punctual. Yes it went on to next day but Aaron was super responsive n clear so I appreciate the follow up

Our service person Michelle, communicated everything throughout the service and kept me updated regularly which I really appreciate. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending over $6,000 at BMW of Bellevue within just a few weeks, I feel other customers should know about my experience. In early June, I noticed my BMW was continuously losing coolant. After topping it off myself, the coolant level kept dropping, so I brought the vehicle to BMW of Bellevue. I only got the normal maintenance notification from my car, but the dealer gave me a quote of $3000+ bill. There were a lot of up sale that’s not necessary. Including front/rear differential service, transfer case service, suspension alignment and air intake cleaning, when my car has run only 33k miles. Also the progress update was very lagging. I had to keep asking what’s the status and what are the next steps. Response was always delayed. Pretty bad experience overall.
