Angel was very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the video the service technician provides while working on my car. The waiting area for customers is clean, well stocked and very comfortable to wait in. I would highly recommend BMW of Bellevue to others

Teodora was great
I had a pleasant experience having my vehicle serviced at BMW Bellevue. My service advisor, Ivan Liem, provided me with excellent service - detailing what will be done and the approximate time frame it will be completed. I also enjoyed the service to have my car vacuumed - I have not received this service elsewhere. All in all, the service was completed in a timely manner and my vehicle came back in great condition. I will be returning here for my next servicing needs.
