STAY AWAY from North Scottsdale BMW!!! I rarely leave reviews but had too for this dealership to warn potential customers. Thee worse car buying experience I've ever had...first off, the salesmen and manager lied to me stating they ceramic coated the car I was purchasing and they couldn't couldn't remove the "$900 charge" since it was already applied. 2 days after purchasing the car I took it to my local very trusted PPF shop where the owner himself inspected the car, no ceramic coating was present.
