BMW Sanford sold me a motorcycle under false promises. The salesperson (Evan) assured me it had adjustable suspension, but I later confirmed at another BMW dealership that this feature doesn’t even exist on the model. They also delayed delivery because the luggage set I paid for wasn’t available, and when the bike finally arrived, nothing worked as promised. I would give 0 star if there was that option! I bought a motorcycle at BMW Sanford and was completely misled. The salesperson guaranteed the bike had an adjustable suspension system, but I later confirmed at another BMW dealership that this feature simply does not exist on the model. I felt deceived and put at risk — I nearly had two accidents because of the bike’s height. Total lack of transparency.
