I brought my new bike in for warranty service the first days of April 2019 for an oil change and to repair the XM Radio. Oil changed said it was ready. I asked about the radio which wasnt fixed and I asked they call me when it was fixed. Warranty claim put in 5 (yes 5) weeks after i brought it in. Still no bike no radio several days after. They said it's because i didnt have a subscription to XM which wasnt true, so i bought a subscription, called it in and asked them to call me when it was working. Weeks go by. ABSOLUTELY nothing is right about the parts SERVICE that you get........ I have been given the WRONG PARTS EVERY TIME I HAVE ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THEM. ...... WRONG GASKETS WRONG OIL FILTER .... EVERY SINGLE THING WRONG....

No one bothered me while I enjoyed looking over their 100s of preowned bikes of all kinds and new BMWs and Triumphs. When I was ready to talk with a staff member Rhett was knowledgeable, polite and accommodating.

Purchased my third bike from Schlossmanns this past weekend. Almer, Rhett, Melissa, Victor, and Paul were all outstanding. This group of people is always kind and helpful. I will continue to patronize Motorcycles of Milwaukee and plan to store my bike with them during the 9 months of winter in Wisconsin!
