Chris love to steal money from people. He charged me 250 for a Diagnostic Stating that the car will be back to factory settings And that the problem would go away. The car is still the same way as I brought it in. I don't recommend Griffin import service.
I Recently went to get my car looked at because another mechanic was trying to charge me to replace a catalytic converter without even doing a diagnostic. ..well mr Chris, who I just wanna say is one of the sweetest people I've ever met, he gave me a diagnostic for an affordable price, and scheduled me to get my car repaired, and it the next day. If you ever need to get your car serviced with positivity, please go there.
Mr. Chris rocks!!! My Grammy van broke down on me. This shop had me up and running in less than a week!!! He is such an ethical, caring, knowledgeable mechanic. You should give him a try!!!! We'll be back!!!
Chris has worked on my car on several occassions. He does quality work and I would highly recommend Griffin Imports.
If I could put a 0 on here I would, my son took his vehicle here to get diagnosed, first it took them almost a week to look at it, second after calling them a few times trying to get status of the vehicle, they finally called him back 3 days later. They told him what was wrong with his vehicle and said they require a deposit if he wanted to get it fixed so he gave them a small deposit, he had every intentions of going back to get it done even after how he was treated, he realized that he wasn’t able to take it back anytime s... read more
