If I could put a 0 on here I would, my son took his vehicle here to get diagnosed, first it took them almost a week to look at it, second after calling them a few times trying to get status of the vehicle, they finally called him back 3 days later. They told him what was wrong with his vehicle and said they require a deposit if he wanted to get it fixed so he gave them a small deposit, he had every intentions of going back to get it done even after how he was treated, he realized that he wasn’t able to take it back anytime s... read more
Chris did a great job on my 320I BMW with the transmission service and belts and pulley replacement and gave me a fair and competitive price as well.
Chris did a great job fixing the car and we went above by adding value and car by replacing the belts as well. The car needed some work and he was able to see the issues. Thank you for adding value to the repairs and getting it completed really quickly! I will keep bringing the car to them for all future repairs! Thank you!
I was going to get a diagnostic test for my car, 2005. They wanted to charge me $200 just for the diagnostic and that fee did not go towards the service. A1 automotive and Nicholas auto repair do not do this and Five star only charges $85. Please be aware before you just drop your car off because the diagnostic fee may be more than the repair.
Fixed the air in the Beamer and I love my car again! Did the A/C service and got it back to me quickly. Customer service was excellent. I would def recommend!!
