Loved my experience at BMW Grand River! Picked up an absolute gem of an E84 X1 35i in Le Mans Blue. The N55 six cylinder engine provides plenty of power in such a small package, and the heavy steering feels great! Marshall, David, and Leo were all fantastic to work with. Due to a unexpected write off of one of my cars, I ended up at BMW where I met Jim Cockerham. I never owned a BMW, nor have I driven one to know how they handle etc. When I met Jim and told him I was replacing my 2013 Honda Civic he never even batted an eye as it is clear a Civic and BMW are two completely separate beasts. Had to take in my 2011 128i in for warranty recall work. Was pleasantly surprised with how through and easy the whole experience was. Received video updates about my vehicle along the way from Jermain my service advisor. They even ran diagnostics and did a 55 point complimentary inspection for me at no charge. A great experience with this dealer in a minefield of terrible ones!
