Horrendously unprofessional and rude! We saw a BMW z4 in their inventory that we liked despite living over 100kms away. I contacted them and someone named Marshal responded. I mentioned we live in Oakville but we like this car and want to come to see/test drive the car. I SPECIFICALLY said TEST DRIVE. He says. O problem come. Sometimes purchasing a car can be as painful as having a root canal, however, my experience at BMW Grand River was painless and actually extremely pleasant, Iva diligently and professionally worked to get to some pricing that my budget could handle with a lot of transperency with respect to my trade and the price of the new car. Great experience purchasing my car. Don't recommend the paint protection package. Seems they deny all the claims. My sensor never went off when I was parking and cracked the front splitter. I realize it's a 3rd party company but very disappointed. Not sure what it even covers
