We purchase BMW X1 and sale person Dmitri Borisov, provided very professional, helpful and friendly service. But service sacks, person who manage service do not speak even English. BMW is in right place to sell cars as they can screw Canadian consumers who got no protection, Welcome Canada if you dont speak english just stay away, service department person just understand Chinese I wish they were less star than 1 star
