I have extended warrenty, the adviser told need charge diagnostic fee before confirm there is problem. if problem confirmed diagnostic fee can be refound. But after issue addressed and fixed, he told me diagnostic fee can not be refound. This is very dispointing
I’m not satisfied with service team. I tried two days to book an appointment for my car services, but they didn’t answer the phone.
