The apartments are well-maintained, and Jolina is great!
Compared to where I stayed at in my third year this place was a godsend! First, the apartment was very clean and was well maintained when my roommates and I moved in. My favorite part was definitely the wood floors. I also really appreciated the location as the quietness was perfect for studying and to get to campus was only a quick 7 minute walk to the bruin bus stop on Weyburn. I lived here my senior year at UCLA (2017-2018) and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very quiet, close to the Weyburn BruinBus stop, and all the tenants were very respectful. Jolina, the building manager, was always kind and helpful. We had a few small issues in our bathroom and she helped us solve the problems swiftly. I shared a small loft room but the common spaces were very large in my apartment and I loved the wooden floors!
Except for not having cheap rent, this is one of the best apartments with great management.
