The preventative maintenance on our A/C ate up around two hours, which seemed about right for the amount of inspection and cleaning needed. There was a little back and forth with building management but the technician was patient and made sure to check all components completely before departing.

The installation took around an hour and a half which seemed acceptable and the professional did a good job of walking me thru how to operate the new thermostat. However they did leave some packaging debris that I had to clean up when they went.

The problem was a lot of dust obstructing the primary vent and they cleared it out nicely in about 90 minutes. Overall they did a wonderful job although I had to remind them to clean up the area afterwards.
