My insurance sent them over to evaluate the damage and provide them with an estimate. After weeks of the evaluation they finally called and asked when they would come start the process. We have had a truly bad experience with BMS CAT. We signed a contract to do water damage mitigation in October on our small basement. The scope of the work was narrow. Flood cuts, drywall, paint, new carpet. It turned out to be probably 10-20 hours of work total. The work took SIX MONTHS to finish. Nobody ever checked in after each subcontractor to make sure the work was done to standard. One contractor put huge dents in our plaster wall that made the base of the wall crumble. Repairs were scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly and the work was above and beyond excellent!
All the guys that came to my home and helped me with my garage damage, where very helpful, professional and easy to talk too. My Project Manager was Lavell Wynn. I would highly recommend BMS Cat.
We had an excellent experience with BMS. They were quick to respond after our master bath flooded (3 floors). Tony walked us through the entire process and expertly worked with our insurance company. His calm and transparency guided us through an extremely stressful time. Richard and the entire the entire remediation crew were wonderful. They were quick, yet thorough... and also very pleasant.
