John and the entire BMS CAT team did an amazing job of repairing our wood floors after a water leak damaged our kitchen, dining area and family room. The floors are beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. The team that handled the water mitigation prior to the repairs, lead by Keith, were awesome to work with. I highly recommend BMS CAT - they are the very best!

How can this disaster of a company be expected to clean up your disaster when they’ve got one festering internally. Make sure you protect yourself in the contract language because they might try to make you pay more than your share. I protected myself with language inserted into the contract and they still tried to make me pay more. Probably a better idea to use someone else rather than this disorganized mess of a business.

I got to argue with nearly everyone in the company. They didn’t read the insurance report on what needed to be done so they shortcut, then had to redo, causing delays plus leaving my stove on my back porch after telling me the job was done. Lots of fails. Lots of baby sitting and attitude to go with it. I honestly think they were going to bill insurance full amount but skip fixing my flooring under cabinets and my island.
