I had an excellent experience with BMR. I gave them a call for some help with dewinterizing my new home in a city that I don't even live in yet! Roger came right over to my place and got my house dewinterized as well as gave me some awesome tips about my house and hot water tank that will save me money in the future. BMR will be our go-to for any work at our home. Thank you so much
I called them for an emergency at 730pm and they were going to show up within a half hour. Our boiler company ended up finally showing up and our stuff is all under warranty so I canceled and they didnt need to come but they were prompt, were concerned for our situation, and gracious when we cancelled. I will be using them in the future! I can't express enough how grateful I am that they answered the phone and were sending a tech out to evaluate the situation. First off trying to get someone to understand you on the phone is a hassle. When I called I said I needed assistance with a frozen pipe. The person I talked to tried saying FOUR TIMES that it was a clogged drain (not what I stated at all) and that it would cost $400 baseline to fix it. Got snappy with me when I told them they needed to actually listen and I said nothing about a drain, just a frozen pipe.
