My apartment is full of toxic Black Mold (Stachybotrys chartarum) due to water damage. The previous owner never did anything about it. BMR are the new owners and are slowly remodeling apartments but my unit hasn't been done yet. They are quick to respond to draining water backup in the Laundry Room which is the source of this toxic mold. In one year the laundry room has flooded more that 5 times. Steer clear of this company if you are looking for someone to manage your property. I was been renting my home for 13 months, and I have had little to be addressed in the home. On two occasions I had to wait months for repairs to be completed. Right now, I am waiting for my children's closet to be addressed. The shelving fell, and the owner approved the work to be done back in October. It is now the end of January, and it still not completed.
