Loved Loved the cleanliness of the property! Brett was very informative about what was required of the owners pertaining to voucher holders. Beautiful space and area.
Tried to put me out during the beginning of the pandemic. Shady and passive aggressive staff.
WARNING—Shady businesses practices/greedy landlord @ 15 W Madison Only after I paid the $50 non-refundable application and got approved to lease the apartment did they tell me that the apartment has oil heat and the monthly bill to heat the apartment can be upwards of $250!!! The average cost per month just to heat the apartment is $94!!! And that’s before all other utilities. If they’d been upfront I wouldn’t have applied but I guess they know that
