Do NOT go thru their drive thru! I simply stopped through to get gift money for a wedding and wanted a $100 bill and spent 15 minutes waiting and was late to the wedding because of it! And there was nobody else in drive-thru but me!!! I guess that was a sign in itself that everybody was going to the ATM instead!! Avoid drive-thru at all costs!!
Extremely helpful staff and manager. I came in with a difficult situation and Amanda and Tina both helped me navigate through it. They continue to support me and I genuinely enjoy the time speaking with them as we continue the work that needs to be done,
Not very friendly and kinda racist made me wait, and at the end didnt want to cash my bmo harris bank check.
Huge cudos to the branch Manager Tina who called my business here in Illinois to alert us of check fraud. 7 fraudulent checks were cashed with BMO's other branches, but nothing in her branch. She was nice enough to call and go over all the checks, she also added a fraud alert to our account. It worked! he got arrested on his next pit stop at the Elm Grove BMO facility. I am sure with out Tinas actions we would have lost a lot more money!! Thanks Tina!
