Always a nightmare when I go into this branch. No problem over at the Wisconsin Avenue branch, always friendly and professional service. But this location, what a mess!
I deposited a check and was told verbally, and in writing that a portion of my check would be available to me next day. I was lied to, and all of my money is being withheld for over a week with zero explanation. Xmas ruined!!!
