Biggest joke of a bank ever. Tried multiple times to activate my debit card, they keep my money, locked me out of my account.
Stay AWAY from this "Bank" it has been a nightmare since BMO took over bank of the West. Worse customer service they don't know what they're doing.
I"m a 20+ year business owner that has gone through several bank mergers or moves...none of them go perfectly. Although there were some snags along the way, the BMO/BOW merger has been better than expected.They did a great job communicating early for both my biz and personal accounts, and the folks on the phone were very helpful and sincere. I had everything transferred over within minutes for personal stuff, but the biz services took a little more work. Not worried about this temporary bump in the road.
The absolute worst customer service. The guy m with glasses is rude and acts like he can't do his job. Every question seemed like it was a surprise. If you dont like your job then quit!
Transition for Bank of West to BMO was a nightmare. Locked out of accounts, 15k of fraud during transition (I reported 2 times and it continued) and are not telling me it will take months to investigate and potentially return, took 2 hrs in person to reset a pin…. I am patient with the individuals trying to help but the whole thing is a mess.
