Rented from this scam of a company. Repeatedly asked pool heater to be turned on prior to arrival and it was not. Coming from snowy weather we only rented for a warm pool and sunshine. The pool could never be used due to the heater not being turned on as promised. Home was nice but in a very sketchy area and unsafe. Bmi host was unresponsive and useless. Dear all - this agency and especially their listing in Fort Myers are highly questionable and to avoid - here is why: We rented their only Fort Myers listing in Feb. of 24 which titled “Villa Dream Beach” with stunning pictures and an awesome paradise description. So we rented the place on airbnb and got a mini discount because the Screens of the pool were missing (thanks for that!).
