We rented a house in Cape Coral, and BMI provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The house perfectly matched the photos on their website and even exceeded our expectations. They were always attentive to our extra requests and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was equipped with absolutely everything you could imagine, making our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.
Rented from this scam of a company. Repeatedly asked pool heater to be turned on prior to arrival and it was not. Coming from snowy weather we only rented for a warm pool and sunshine. The pool could never be used due to the heater not being turned on as promised. Home was nice but in a very sketchy area and unsafe. Bmi host was unresponsive and useless.
