This was the biggest pain in the butt I’ve ever dealt with. I send them everything they ask for like birth certificates marriage license and paperwork saying my husband doesn’t have insurance at work. Also had to send something with both our names on it. And now they still wanting more to prove dependents. This place is a scam trying to remove your dependents off ur insurance to save your employer money. Awful! Is all I have to say. LESS THAN 1 STAR - This company will NOT accept a marriage certificate and said b/c my daughters name isn't on the mortgage but on their taxes and all the other bills they had to submit! THEY REQUIRE YOU TO UPLOAD ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND then DENY your claim to be married!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told her to get an attorney! THE INSURANCE IS PAID BY THE EMPLOYEE AND NOT THE COMPANY!!!!!!!
Site difficult to navigate..poor communication.
BMI Audit needs to do better. I submitted information to them months ago for an audit for my company, struggled with uploading information 3x, then to have ANOTHER audit for my husband's company. And guess what, I have to upload the same information. You had the info once or maybe 3x why doesn't your system cross reference names and DOB? Make it make sense.
A literal nightmare. Tried to get on my husband's insurance and they required a marriage certificate that they originally didn't accept, and a document signed by my manager saying I was offered insurance but denied it. It's no one's business as we're paying for insurance anyway. (no other country besides possibly third world countries have to even deal with this) This is the most ridiculous, time wasting, predatory business I've ever dealt with.
