My first bike and I thought there could have been a coolant leak with about 5,100 miles on the bike. Brought it in and the tech's were awesome. Turned out just to be paranoia on my part, but they checked everything and put my mind at ease. Bikes riding great. Definitely recommend these guys.
Took my 2000 Suzuki Marauder to BMG late on Thursday and had my bike ready to roll by Friday afternoon. Could not be happier with the service and Geno is a great and knowledgeable person. Had a front tire installed, front brakes installed , chain adjustment, oil change. Took it out for a ride Friday afternoon and it rode like new . Great place, will definitely take my bike here again..
A class act all the way. Had a good experience getting new tires recently and decided to buy my next bike here just a few weeks later. Brendan is a consummate professional and Gene is off the charts passionate and knowledgeable. He totally cracks me up! These guys made my motorcycle buying experience the best yet. They were great. Very patient and informative with all my questions and test rides. I purchased a street triple for myself. My wife was hesitant about the bikes for herself but Brendan really was wonderful helping her to feel comfortable even though she decided she needed to start with something smaller. I totally recommend them, wonderful customer service.
Purchased a Bonneville and the whole transaction was honest and simple. Brendan and staff made the buying experience a positive one. 1st service was in and out at my convenience too! Thanks BMG Triumph!
