On Friday, June 10th, after waiting 4 days for another service provider who was also going on 2 hours late, I called BMC Services. I spoke with Michaela who was courteous and professional. She asked what issue was having and how quickly I needed someone to come out. She made sure I understood their hourly rates and that it did not include parts. I told her I needed someone out today. We had our hot water heater replaced. Edwin, I believe, was the name of the plumber/technician, was excellent. The crew arrived on time, worked tirelessly to complete the job and was professional and friendly. We were impressed and very satisfied with our service and would recommend BMC highly.
