On Friday, June 10th, after waiting 4 days for another service provider who was also going on 2 hours late, I called BMC Services. I spoke with Michaela who was courteous and professional. She asked what issue was having and how quickly I needed someone to come out. She made sure I understood their hourly rates and that it did not include parts. I told her I needed someone out today.
