My husband and I were moving from across the country, we looked online at different brokers and were drawn to Carlson immediately because of their great reviews. It was the right decision for us, Alex made the process easy, even from states away. Responses to emails, texts or phone calls were quick. He was clear about what was going to be needed prior to applying to lender so our loan was through underwriting and approved very quickly, even got lender credits and closed earlier than originally scheduled. I found Carlson Mortgage when doing a search for local mortgage professionals on Yelp. I did their online preapproval on the website. Within 24 hours I received a call from a loan officer, who scheduled a face-to-face meeting to go over the mortgage process and some sample closing worksheets, which I appreciated as a first-time home buyer. I even received a realtor recommendation and was able to negotiate a very good deal on my first home. I would use them again in the future, if I ever need to.
