Alex is an outstanding mortgage advisor and always kept me confident that I will be approved and get what I need. My case was more complicated as I am not a US citizen and still did not experience any issues. This is my second home I have purchased using Carlson Mortgage as the lending agent. My first purchase was for a rental property, my second for a single family home. I was referred to Carlson Mortgage by a friend for my purchase loan. The loan officer (Alex) offered me a low interest rate and I was not charged any lender fees, in fact, I even received lender *credit* at closing. Alex was honest, professional and knowledgeable and was very quick to respond to emails and phone calls, even during the evenings and on weekends. I have had my fair shares of purchases and refinances. When I went to refinance my house with Carlson Mortgage and Alex Gorodinsky, I had the best experience ever. I've used the services of Carlson Mortgage several times over the years. I always got a low interest rate, no lender fees and the lender covered my closing costs. The lender is local and well-established and the loan officer that I dealt with (Alex) was very professional. There were never any issues with a timely loan approval and closings. I would highly recommend their services.

I was a first-time homebuyer when I was referred to Alex by my realtor at the time. I'm very glad I listened to him rather than working with somebody else. Alex was very professional and walked me through the steps of obtaining a mortgage. He always answered any questions I had during the process, and would get back to me immediately if I needed to speak with him. Over the years, every time my wife and I needed mortgage advice, Carlson Mortgage has always been there for me. The loan officers are very professional and can always advise you on the changing mortgage markets. The company is local, they don't charge any junk fees, the interest rates are always some of the lowest in town and the closings are lightening fast.
