They didn't return my deposit after renting me a hazardous property
I forgot to add that the crumbs Mikey and Belinda reviewed BMC and gave themselves a 5 star rating. They are pathetic. They cheated me out of my money. Don't let BMC cheat you too!
SLUMLORDS Mikey and Belinda Chevez are slum lords and highly unethical rip off artists. Mikey rented me a spot in the Alpine Village. I toured the unit with Mikey. He was in a hurry and i had a quick walk thru. I submitted 1400 dollars 700 for deposit and 700 rent. I asked for a 6 month lease and he put down 12. You have to keep a close eye on Mikey.
