We rented from them for about 3 years. They were always pleasant and responded to maintenance issues pretty quickly. We hated to leave but got transferred.

What a difference a good property manager makes. I've used several property managers in Las Cruces to manage my rentals. None have been as good as Chaparral Real Estate. They are very attentive and on top of things. I've had no problems with having to pay for the same repairs multiple times since I've been using them. They know their stuff.
These were some of the best landlords I ever rented from.
