Very happy with my agent for Karla. I wanted to adjust the first policy I was quoted and she did. Needed information sent to my mortgage company and she was right on it. Very pleased with her wonderful personality and help.
Karla was fantastic and answered all my questions about use cases for multiple vehicles. I will be calling BMC first for any other insurance needs that arise!
A great experience as they were able to assist with the type of coverage that I needed. They also did a great job with finding a reasonable and low rate compared to my previous insurer. The communication and process were smooth as well which is not the case with most insurers. Highly recommend.
