TERRIBLE HIRING PROCESS. THEY ARE ANTI MINORITY! THEY ARE SO TERRIBLE.
Worst customer service representatives, they have absolutely no knowledge about health insurance claims, insurance code, etc.. I have a surgery, paid for my copayment. Then they bill me for all the post op appointments as a separate office visits. On the phone with Wellsense days, many hours try to explain that they put in the wrong code but they have no idea what I’m talking about. There’s no manager or supervisor to talk to. So frustrating .
They cover ZERO of the bare necessities that people need
Didn't think there could be a Health Insurance company worse than Tufts, and then along came Wellsense. They are atrocious. untrained, incompetent phone CS reps. They will nickel and dime you on everything. End up paying copays for what should be covered, and their appeals process is a joke because the reps who take the info don't speak English well, and get half the info wrong before it goes to an automatic denial. They're ATROCIOUS. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
