Have had a service contract with BMC Clower for many years now. Staff is professional, thorough, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with.
I have a Mitsubishi ductless system to supplement my whole home system. Recently the power board died and when I called the company that installed it years ago, I was told it was not under warranty. It's always good to get a 2nd opinion because somehow it did not sound "right". Clower found that the previous company had submitted the warranty info incorrectly so I worked with Mitsubishi to correct the paperwork. We were very pleased with our heat pump installation by BMC Clower. The crew arrived on time, were very pleasant, and completed the work as scheduled. Glenn Hoffacker, the salesperson, was very helpful with suggestions and information. Sarah in the office was able to schedule us for a convenient installation date at the last minute.
B.M.C. technicians provided me with an honest assessment of what needed to be done to fix my 2010 AC unit. Moreover, they were responsive and offered first-class service in a timely manner. Understanding my sense of urgency, they called me as soon as a spot became available, promptly diagnosing the problem and outlining a clear plan to resolve it.
