This company does not handle themselves well. If you do business with them expect a less than entry level experience. Do not recommend
My contractor special ordered a Windor through this company. They got the order wrong twice. The first window opened the wrong direction. The second opened the right direction but was sized incorrectly (half-inch too tall) and they failed to include the mounting hardware. I tried to contact them as the end customer following the first order, left multiple messages and never got a call back. Both orders took 4 months to deliver. I ordered a replacement windows sash, giving the exact measurements at the time. The window showed up too big with right dimension on the sticker indicating the made an error. After 6 trips down and over 12 month later, I have never gotten a received. Nor my window sash. I will never use nor recommend this company as this is the worst service I have ever recieved. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Go elsewhere
