I absolutely love the experience provided by Bernie Moreno's dealership. The people and product as well as the service they provide is top notch. I don't consider myself Mercedes Benz material, but the GLK I purchased (250 diesel) is a perfect match for my utilitarian lifestyle. I just bought a new Maserati lavante. There was a manufacturer defect . I gave them the car to be fixed . First of all they give me a dirty Mercedes which was not cleaned or washed as loaner .My car has been sitting there over 15 days , still not fixed . They are returning the car back without fixing since they are having tough time getting a part. I asked them long time back to provide me with a protective covering for my floor mat.
