B&M Roofing installed a beautiful metal roof on my Mt Lemmon cabin thats currently undergoing renovations. We had a timeline and they committed to it regardless of the distance of the location, snow, and pitch of the roof! They were also very reasonable in their price!
They were very unprofessional from the start dropping wood through the garage on my wife’s car and dropping nails everywhere that caused a flat tire and I’m finding still up to 2 years later. They were playing loud music at early hours showing up and leaving at random hours and took days longer than stated which doesn’t seem that bad until you consider the loud music and vehicles taking up all the parking. We needed roof repair from B & M Roofing. We had a small ceiling drip after their initial roof replacement. The sent a flat roof specialist to our house the morning I called about the drip. Alex arrived in about 30 minutes. He did a thorough diagnosis, came in with his repair plan and got started. He repaired some small holes in and around the legs of the air conditioner unit on the roof. He recoated the whole area and dried it. There are few jobs tougher than working on a rooftop in Southern Arizona at the height of summer. That said, B&M's guys dove in and totally rocked our roof. In fact we think it looks better than the original. We just relocated, and the roof underlayment system on our new place was at end of life so everything had to come off, then go back.
