Responsive and competitive
I'm a local reviewer who seldom leaves bad reviews (checkout my profile to confirm). But in this case I have to report my experience. If you have a flat roof I would avoid this company. They did the roof inspection on our home before we bought it and said the roof was in great condition. Fast forward 8 months later and we had a massive leak after rain in March 2025. Their technician came out yesterday. He was extremely honest and nice. He told us that we didn't need their services and referred us to a specialist for our deck. We had two leaks, one he said was the AC and the other needed a carpenter. You don't get that honesty very often.
LOVE my new roof, the excellent service, AND follow-up making sure all is well! Highly skilled professionals, they even cleaned up after themselves (what a concept) and did what they said/when they said. They did a fantastic job on my Spanish Tile roof, and the rolled roof as well. Had an HVAC issue that had nothing to do with the new roof, they sent someone to check, and re-coat the area, just to be sure all was good after the repair. 5 stars all the way!!
I would be lost without B&M roofing. They are always here for me and a phone call gets my problem answered quickly. wonderful company with great employees.
