This place is HORRIBLE! My husband was in charge of renting a boat from this place for a bachelor party and was absolutely scammed. The boat was broken from the second they took it out on the lake and my husband called to get it fixed immediately. Neil helped them as much as he could but still had to let them go out on the lake with a broken boat. We do really appreciate Neil. This company is a SCAM. They used to be in business, however now they collect deposits and do not show up the day of. I am part of a bachelorette party this weekend and MAX JOHNSON replied to text/email the day before the event. Day of event the phone was shut off and we were unable to reach anyone. Filing a police report.
UPDATED......ANOTHER YEAR OF GREAT SERVICE. I WISH I COULD LEAVE ANOTHER REVIEW, BUT IT WONT LET ME. MAX IS AWESOME AND THEY WILL ALWAYS BE THE ONLY PEOPLE I RENT FROM....These guys are the best. They will have me as a customer for life. Sam was amazing, the prices were just as great. He even helped us load & unload all of our stuff from the boat.
